Gale Allison, the founder of The Allison Firm, PLLC, has more than 35 years of estate law and tax experience. Her practice is devoted entirely to estate matters, including comprehensive estate planning, estate management and a wide range of estate litigation. She is a nationwide speaker, lecturing regularly both to continuing education professionals and lay groups. She is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Tennessee and Georgia. Ms. Allison currently serves on the Advisory Board to the University of Tulsa Genave King Rogers Business Law Center and the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for the Tulsa Library Trust, is an officer of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section Board, and is active in numerous charitable organizations. Ms. Allison earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.

Anne M. McKinney has more than 30 years of legal and tax experience. Ms. McKinney practices in the areas of probate, trusts and wills, nonprofit and charitable organizations, taxation, and business formation and planning. She is a fellow in the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has served as an adjunct professor of law in estate planning and wealth transfer tax at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct professor in business law at the University of Tennessee. Ms. McKinney graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law after earning a bachelor's degree from Duke University.
