Kara Greuel has over 14 years experience in tax and financial accounting, tax and audit preparation and execution, and SEC reporting and compliance. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including computer software, medical device development, telecommunications and alternative energy and she has been instrumental in taking multiple companies through the process of becoming publicly traded. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 1994 from Northeastern State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Langston University in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 2009 from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. Ms. Greuel is a member of various professional organizations and also currently serves as an officer of the Oklahoma Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section Board. Ms. Greuel formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Court Appointed Special Advocate program of Muskogee and Wagoner counties as well as serving as a volunteer court appointed special advocate on behalf of children for the program.
