Beneficiary and Fiduciary Representation 

In estate litigation, we represent the beneficiary - the party receiving inheritance - to insure that the beneficiary actually receives what the beneficiary should receive. We also represent the fiduciary - the trustee or personal representative responsible for administering settlement of the estate - when there is a dispute with the beneficiary.
