Most of our clients prefer a fixed fee rather than hourly fees. As such, in many cases, after the initial client conference and a review of applicable documents, our attorneys will quote a flat fee to perform the work. However, because of the complexity of certain matters, and perhaps the uncertainty as to the outcome, we offer reasonable hourly rates. In either event, all of our clients engage our firm by executing an engagement letter that outlines the work to be performed and clearly establishes the fees that will be incurred. All flat fees are payable at the time of engagement. Retainers are collected at the time of engagement and placed in a trust fund for hourly paid work and as the work is performed the funds are withdrawn to pay for the work as the fees are earned. Excess retainer is returned to the client at the conclusion of the matter. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
